Information about sales, items and prices
The terms and conditions apply when registering via the registration form on this website. All participation options are listed together with the prices. Information about the items is presented in the registration form and on the other web pages.
All registrations have to be made via the online registration form that will be open on this website from April 2022 until July 2022.
Participation in the AESOP 2022 Congress is subject to a fee. Please fill in all compulsory fields and make the selections about your participation. At the end of the form, you will see the total sum of your selections. You can then preview your registration form and submit the registration. You will get the invoice via e-mail within an hour after submitting the form. Publicon OÜ is the processor of personal data. We can only accept euro payments. Any resulting bank charges are to be paid by the Congress participants
Registration to Congress and social events are binding for the participant. The registration is confirmed when the payment has been received. The fees are to be paid in advance, payment options will become available after successful online registration.
Some registration selections might have limits - this is marked next to the item. You can only make selections where there is still availability. If there is an error with the system, we will notify registrants as soon as possible and refund money for the selections that are no longer available within 14 days.

After filling in the registration form, an automatically generated confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address inserted in the form free of charge. The e-mail contains a pdf link with the registration data which can be downloaded and serves as written confirmation. The invoice will be sent after a successful registration.
If you notice a mistake in your registration data or if you need some information on the invoice to be changed (e.g. some registration items to be added, a VAT number to be added, the payment deadline extended), please contact the Delegate Services via e-mail to email@example.com.
Cancellation with a full refund is possible until June 1, 2022 - minus an administration fee of 35€. Between June 2 and June 19, 50% refund is possible, minus an administration fee of 35€. In the event of a cancellation after June 20, 2022, no refund is possible.
Please submit your cancellation to the Delegate Services in writing via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, email address, the amount paid and bank details. Name changes are free of charge. All refunds will be processed within two weeks after Congress.
We recommend taking out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance for your registration fee, hotel and airline booking. This is often included with credit card transactions, but check your own policy for details. Please also ensure that you have appropriate health insurance coverage. Please check beforehand if you need a visa for the country where the event is held and inform yourself about the visa application procedures and the time needed for processing a visa application.
In the case of force majeure events (such as natural disasters, travel restrictions, strikes, epidemics etc.) or any other major events that are beyond the control of the party in question such as governmental or other restrictions, Publicon OU shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations. Publicon OU and the organising committee reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Congress, which will bring about a revision of the registration terms&conditions and cancellation terms. The organisers reserve the right not to refund participation fees in full in order to cover organising costs, the proportion of the refund (if at all) will be deliberated by the organisers based on the force majeure situation. All registrants will be notified about updates via e-mail after such decisions have been made by the organising committee. The organisers will not be liable for any costs or damage that might befall the participant in relation to the event being cancelled or postponed or taking place in a decreased capacity.
Participation mode changes
From online to onsite: you can change your registration from online to on-site until July 1. Please send an e-mail to the Delegate Services and they will issue an invoice for the missing sum. The missing sum is determined based on the date of the e-mail (early, regular or late fee). An administration fee of 35€ will apply.
From on-site to online: you can change your registration from on-site to online until June 1 free of charge, between June 2 and July 20 you can get a change with 50% refund, after June 20 you can get a change to the online format but no refund. Please send an e-mail to the Delegate Services and they will initiate a refund. An administration fee of 35€ will apply.
Name changes are free of charge.
Processing personal data
The Delegate Services will process the personal data (such as the name, phone number, address, e-mail address) inserted into the registration form only in relation to the registration to this Congress.
